Easy scheduling, easy registration. When I arrived I was greeted in a very friendly manner and I only waited for 45 minutes for the inspection to be done.

Service Advisor Marc Freilich makes sure car is serviced appropriately and provides loaner for extended duration service upon request ( I wait for just an oil change ). Always a pleasant experience.

Bought a certified used vehicle at the Fred Beans Doylestown VW location. Within 2 weeks the remote start wouldn't work. Took it to the Devon location for diagnosis and service They diagnosed the problem, updated the software and the problem was solved. Had an 8 o'clock appointment and they were calling me by 11 to tell me the problem was resolved. Very efficient operation at Fred Beans VW of Devon.

I leased my car in Feasterville PA but I live in Berwyn PA. There is a dealership in Devon about 5 minutes from my house. I called to set up an Oil Change ( a reminder came on my car that I needed one plus needed a car inspection. I spoke with Marc at the Devon Service Department. He was most professional and immediately told me there would be no problem scheduling. I brought my car in Saturday March 8th...the oil change and inspection were done promptly while I waited(total of about an hour. Marc was at the desk and was wonderful. A great experience!
