    The person who made my appointment said she would tell them everything that I needed, but when I arrived, none of it was noted, so I had to repeat it. I also came in for my 20,000 mile checkup with 19,500 miles on my car. But they said they could only do the 30,000 mile checkup because I had gone over the time limit for the 20,000 check. That just doesn't make sense. They did a good job with the actual car work. However, no one seems to be able to explain to me how to do an over the air update that I have been waiting on for awhile (3.5.1 and 3.5.2). No one could answerr when I would be getting the Tesla adapter for charging either.
