    I came in for a recall item. I was met promptly and the engine cover was removed in less than a few minutes and I was on my way home.

    I was surprised to find a significant charge was made to diagnose my check engine light. I’m aware that this charge will be credited toward the cost estimate for the repair should I elect to have you fix the problem. But, I was surprised to learn the average cost for this repair is far less than you quoted.

    The wait time finalizing the deal was epic. We had an appointment scheduled and it was over two hours later I left the dealership. In my view not acceptable. Further, the pressures upselling for extra services with no visual or detailed explanations pushing to close the deal under time constraints is not acceptable. There is great extra services available. And I accepted a 48 month maintenance package, BUT: I still have no clue what the deliverables are? Lastly, the car has dings and scratches. Why isnt there a thorough inspection while you prepare the car? Dont you want to sell 100% perfect products to your customers? The car has scratches in the driver side rear door, as well as a ding/dent in the front driver side fender. Handling over the car by just installing the myVW app is not the quality I am expecting from a leading dealership.

    I loved the salesperson that I worked with - Caitlyn Dunlap. She wasn't pushy, was SO helpful, and so available via phone and text to help me get the car I really wanted. She was so easy to work with - best car buying experience I've had in a long time! You could tell she really wanted us to like and be happy with the car we chose. She even followed up a few days later to make sure it was all going well. I especially would recommend her to my female friends looking to buy a car - it was just a more comfortable experience with her.
