The car went in for a simple inspection and was there for 3 days. I still don't even know why. I was told by the service rep on day two that they had no idea when it would be ready, so I picked up a loaner that night because I had already Uber'ed to work for 2 days and spent $60. The very next morning, they call and say that it is ready. Communication could have been better. The car was dirty when returned; most other dealerships will do a cursory vacuum or rinse the vehicle.
