Everyone I spoke with at Fred Beans was helpful and professional. They spent more time than I expected working with me through a difficult situation. They took the time to walk me through extended warranties and additional coverages. They spent time with me in the car helping me become familiar with features. The document signing process was great. I received the intro videos for the Atlas before I picked it up and was able to review them and download the MyVW app. Jake, BJ, Ed, Eric, and Hezekiah were all helpful and friendly.

The whole staff, from BJ the Manager, Ed from Service and fabulous Marc at the desk, Jeff from sales and the Lady from the Finance/Cashier and so many others that I can’t mention one by one are extremely valuable assets to Fred Beans VW At Devon. Very informative, tentative, helpful and respectful. This the one and only reason makes me want to comeback for even just a small piece of part or even a new car. This awesome crew deserves more than just a recognition. Thumbs up for FRED BEANS VW DEVON!
