The whole staff, from BJ the Manager, Ed from Service and fabulous Marc at the desk, Jeff from sales and the Lady from the Finance/Cashier and so many others that I can’t mention one by one are extremely valuable assets to Fred Beans VW At Devon. Very informative, tentative, helpful and respectful. This the one and only reason makes me want to comeback for even just a small piece of part or even a new car. This awesome crew deserves more than just a recognition. Thumbs up for FRED BEANS VW DEVON!

The service is always outstanding. I will continue to rate the service team with 5 stars. However I do need to schedule another service appointment because the liquid noise is back when braking again.
