    Mark made an unfortunate car situation much easier to deal with. He communicated extremely well with the process, once I realized the issue with replacing a windshield in an ID4, and really expedited the process to allow me to get my car back in 1 day. The service team provided a ride for my wife to work, and everyone was extremely nice throughout the process.
