Originally brought my vehicle in for a tire replacement due to a nail in the tire and the service advisor decided to complete my complimentary oil change/maintenance which should have been completed at 30,000 but was completed a bit early at 26,000 miles. Unfortunately, the oil was shorted during the routine maintenance check and I had to come back to get a quart of oil added into the oil pan. Ed, Marc and Soloman were helpful and courteous enough to due a complete check and add the quart of oil, free of charge. I appreciate Ed taking the time to explain the situation and offer a face-to-face interaction rather than dealing with it over the phone.

Car was in service for 1.5 weeks.

Everything was fine as I only went in for an oil change and a state inspection but left with a long list over $2,000 of repairs they “recommend” for a 2021 car with 50,000 miles….. I felt scammed and they were trying to take advantage of me and make a decision quick on what I needed to get repaired. I would value complete honesty and not just a way to try and take my money on things I know I do not need.
