Took car in to fix 2 safety recalls and 10000 mile service. It took 3 calls to schedule an appointment before the service manager returned my call to help. Car was in service for 1.5 weeks. Car did not interface with APP when it was returned

The experience was top notch from beginning to end. We've worked with other dealerships and not gone through with a purchase simply because we didn't feel welcomed and appreciated. Fred Beans knocked it out of the park and got us in a car we love.

Everything was fine as I only went in for an oil change and a state inspection but left with a long list over $2,000 of repairs they “recommend” for a 2021 car with 50,000 miles….. I felt scammed and they were trying to take advantage of me and make a decision quick on what I needed to get repaired. I would value complete honesty and not just a way to try and take my money on things I know I do not need.
