This was my first service experience at Fred Beans and everything was wonderful. I was very appreciative of the shuttle service so I did not have to take time off from work. They did a terrific job of servicing my car. It was raining when the shuttle picked me up and they were careful to park under a shelter so I did not get wet. Also, the service team parked my car under the shelter so I did not need to walk out into the downpour. It was very considerate!

The greeting staff had no personality. Was as tho he was just moving thru the motions. No smile etc. I was there for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I asked if someone could look at the auto park for me as it goes super fast and scary. Was told they wouldn’t have time to look at that as their schedule was full. I explained that when I made my appt I had to them about the auto park feature and was told to mention it when I arrived. I still have no idea if it was looked at or not.

The total interaction with the Fred Beans team was first-rate. I found the car I wanted on their inventory website, called the dealership, and within 48 hours I bought the car. Everybody involved was friendly, helpful and professional. We got a fair deal on our trade-in, and are very happy with the purchased - equipped exactly how we wanted. Our salesperson Hunter was truly terrific. He listened to us and thoroughly familiarized us with the car, its features and operation. I couldn't ber more pleased. Even the dealer receptionist, Josephine, is a cut above.
